Clara Haberberger is an aspiring lawyer, experienced translator and avid writer. Whilst working toward a career in international law, she is keeping her intellect busy with diverse translation projects and is letting her pen roam on more philosophical matters. Her academic interests include the interaction between human rights and humanitarian law, the intricacies of international tax regulations and the development of international cooperation in fighting cross-border crime .
Born in Germany and having grown up in Australia, Clara is lucky enough to identify as a native speaker in both German and English. Since 2013 she has been living in the Netherlands, where she is currently completing her law degree in Dutch – her third language.
Clara has worked as a freelance translator since January 2017. Since this time she has gained experience in the translation of various text types, specifically:

- Legal literature and texts
- Financial documents
- CVs
- Web and marketing content
- News reports and editorials
- Police interrogations and other types of interviews
Having pursued a minor in journalism in college, Clara is also an experienced writer. She currently has long term projects involving speech writing and legal content writing.
Clara believes that the crux of most conflicts is miscommunication. Through the services she provides, she hopes to contribute in a small way to avoiding and solving problems of all kinds. She will do her utmost to get your message across, exactly the way you mean it!
